Order cancellation and refund rules

 

First of all, we will mention a few important points.

βœ… All our products from the time of order registration to delivery to the customer include 100% insurance and any damage, loss, and problems caused by production or transportation will be the responsibility of the manufacturer and the shipping company.

βœ… All orders will be produced according to the schedule defined on the site at the time of order and the manufacturer can add to the production time if needed (maximum 2 weeks) after the end of this time, the buyer can request a full refund.

 

Rules for refund and cancellation of the order

 

A1 – Orders that are personalized at the request of the customer …

βœ… Orders that are personalized at the request of the customer and are not in the standard size, can be canceled (without charging) until the mold is made and before the wood is cut.
βœ… If the order is canceled in the stage after cutting the piece of wood, 25% of the order will be deducted from the invoice amount as compensation for the cancellation of the order and the rest will be refunded.
βœ… If you cancel the order during the resin pouring stage and after that, 50% of the total invoice amount will be deducted as production damage and the rest will be refunded.

 

A2 – Orders that have a standard size …

βœ… Orders that have a standard size and this size is in the sales list of our products, can be canceled (without charging) until the mold is made and before the wood is cut.
βœ… If the order is canceled in the stage after cutting the piece of wood, 10% of the order will be deducted from the invoice amount as compensation for the cancellation of the order and the rest will be refunded.
βœ… If you cancel the order during the resin pouring stage and after that, 25% of the total invoice amount will be deducted as production damage and the rest will be refunded.
